Put the prepared buckwheat noodles, seaweed powder, cucumber salad, radish sprouts, and broth in a bowl in order, and serve them with radish juice, chopped chives, and wasabi.
1. Rinse buckwheat noodles in cold water or ice water to make them more chewy.
2. If you freeze the broth, you can eat it cooler.
