Pollack roe-pot rice made from [Kawaji No.1 Rice]!!!
On the day when pollack roe first came to my house as a gift, I didn't know how to eat it, and I followed the recipe of pollack roe pot rice and found a very delicious rice. Today, I made rice with Kawaji No. 1 rice, so I think the rice will taste better.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Salted pollack roe pot rice is an easy dish, but what kind of rice is the most important thing. So I made rice with pollack roe pot rice as Kawaji No. 1.
STEP 2/8
Prepare 2 cups of Kawaji No. 1 rice based on paper cups.
Sprinkle pollack roe with cooking wine to remove the smell.
STEP 3/8
It's better to use rice after washing it and soaking it for 20 minutes.
Add 2sp sesame oil and stir-fry with soaked rice, then pour water to adjust the rice water.

Don't put pollack roe from the beginning, but put it in when the rice is slow.
It's better to cut pollack roe.

Chop the chives and place them on top of the sticky rice.
Place egg yolk on top.
Sprinkle with a pinch of sesame salt.

Beat in egg yolk and mix well with pollack and place in a rice bowl.

Mix it with pollack roe hot pot.
Low-salt pollack roe is also sold a lot these days, so it's better to prepare low-salt pollack roe.

Pollack roe pot rice is also important in what kind of rice you make, so Kawaji No. 1 rice is very good for pollack roe pot rice because it has a glossy and sticky taste.
Pollack roe has a unique fishy smell, so put a spoon of sake to cover the fishy smell. I wanted to give my health as a present with pollack roe-pot rice.
