It's better to cut pollack roe.

Chop the chives and place them on top of the sticky rice.
Place egg yolk on top.
Sprinkle with a pinch of sesame salt.

Beat in egg yolk and mix well with pollack and place in a rice bowl.

Mix it with pollack roe hot pot.
Low-salt pollack roe is also sold a lot these days, so it's better to prepare low-salt pollack roe.

Pollack roe pot rice is also important in what kind of rice you make, so Kawaji No. 1 rice is very good for pollack roe pot rice because it has a glossy and sticky taste.
Pollack roe has a unique fishy smell, so put a spoon of sake to cover the fishy smell. I wanted to give my health as a present with pollack roe-pot rice.
