1. If cabbage and red cabbage are soaked in water, the texture is good and the bitter taste is removed.
2. If you slice vegetables thinly, buckwheat bibim-guksu is well mixed.
3. Rinse buckwheat noodles in cold water or ice water to make them more chewy.
