STEP 1/9
1. Squid, get ready!!
- Biological squid or frozen squid is also fine.
STEP 2/9
2. Cutting
- Dab the cleanly washed squid to remove the water and cut both ends.
STEP 3/9
3. Spread (butter if it's grilled)
- Spread your body so that it doesn't overlap with the air fryer container, and your legs are side by side
STEP 4/9
4. Burn to air fryer
- Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
STEP 5/9
After 10 minutes, see how dry the outside is, decide how many more minutes to bake, and turn it upside down and bake again. Flip it over at 180 degrees for another 5 minutes.
STEP 6/9
It's done with the chewy squid pie.
STEP 7/9
5. Rip it in moderation
It's very easy to tear. If you don't apply anything, the skin will peel off easily, so peel it as much as you want.
STEP 8/9
6. Creating a Source
- Red pepper paste sauce) 2 spoons of red pepper paste: vinegar 2: sugar 2: minced garlic 0.5: sesame oil 1 a lot
STEP 9/9
Garlic sauce is the best, too! (What's the point of not applying butter to gain weight?)
- Add 3 spoons of mayonnaise + 2 spoons of minced garlic + a little honey, oligosaccharide or sugar to complete the super simple garlic sauce.
It's too simple to call it squid or air fryer, so it's embarrassing, but I think it'll be a good snack to make at home on a boring weekend or holiday afternoon.
