STEP 1/15
*How to use abalone in pictures
-I need a small food brush or toothbrush to clean abalone, but I use a disposable toothbrush that just happened.
STEP 2/15
Rub between the inside and wipe off foreign substances. (Especially between the skin and the flesh~)
STEP 3/15
Let's wash it clean and use a spoon to separate the flesh.
STEP 4/15
Add a spoon to the abalone mouth (thin part of the shell) and spread the skin and flesh. There's a possibility that it might explode because it has internal organs on the thick side.
STEP 5/15
Separate the intestines with scissors, trim the intestines, and recreate them with abalone porridge!
STEP 6/15
Make sure to remove the mouth (tooth) and esophagus and wash them well.
STEP 7/15
Make a tight cut in front of the abalone meat.
STEP 8/15
Grease a heated pan with cooking oil and add the sliced abalone.
STEP 9/15
If you cook seafood for a long time, it will get tough, so quickly bake it brown back and forth.
STEP 10/15
Reduce it to low heat, add a spoon of salted butter, bake it for a while, and add scent.
STEP 11/15
You can add a little salt and a spoon of minced garlic without sauce and stir-fry it for a while, so do as you like.
STEP 12/15
Put it on a plate, sprinkle whole pepper and sesame seeds, and decorate it with parsley (optional), and you're done grilling abalone butter.
STEP 13/15
Garlic dressing (sauce) - 3 spoons of mayonnaise, 2 spoons of minced garlic, 0.5 spoons of honey
STEP 14/15
It's easy to make and it's so delicious.
STEP 15/15
Enjoy your meal~^^
A brighter life,
I hope you live a life of light.
Abalone storage and efficacy) Live abalone can be refrigerated for 1 to 2 days after purchase, and if you want to store more than that, it is recommended to keep it frozen after trimming.
Abalone contains arginine and taurine, which is good for fatigue recovery and rejuvenation, and is effective for liver health and diet, so it must be a food ingredient with both taste and nutrition.
But you have to be careful of allergies in any food. People with crustacean allergies may have symptoms such as stomach cramps, diarrhea, and dizziness, so it is recommended to cook them.
