I prepared a big pot to make soy sauce for soy sauce marinated crab. Add ingredients for samgyetang.

Then, put green onion roots, peeled garlic, licorice, cinnamon, octagonal, and kkansaenggang back in the pack.

Add soy sauce, sugar, plum juice, and soju, and pour the natural seasoning Hwangtae-yuksu. You can add honey or starch syrup instead of sugar. You can make soy sauce that tastes sweet and salty.

I added red pepper hole to give it a spicy taste. If you have red pepper seeds, you can add red pepper seeds or you can just add dried red pepper. Boil it over high heat and then simmer it gently over low heat.

It's a ready-made soy sauce marinated crab. Let it cool. You must cool it down.

Put the cooled soy sauce in the container and add whole garlic, dried red pepper, and red pepper seeds. Then it's best for removing the fishy taste.

Prepare the female crab. Turn the crab upside down to show the belly and remove the foreign substances using a toothbrush or iron sponge. It is safe to wear gloves when preparing.

Put the trimmed female crab in the soy sauce marinated crab. And put it in the refrigerator and let it ripen for about 3 days before you eat the most delicious crab.

Soy sauce marinated crab is complete with fully aged eggs and meat. Take off the crab shell and divide the legs into four pieces. I'm going to pour a bit of soy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds!! If you have chopped chives, it's better to sprinkle them on top.
