Prepare the ingredients.

Mash the steamed sweet potatoes and 1/2 sheets of low-salt cheese in a bowl.

The sweet potato cheese dough that will serve as a dough is completed.

Chop paprika, onions, mushrooms, and chicken breast sausages.

Spread 0.5t of olive oil thinly on a paper foil and roll the sweet potato cheese dough into bite-sized pieces and press.

Place onion, paprika and button mushrooms on top of sweet potato cheese dough and top with chicken breast sausage.

Place in air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Ta-da! A bite of sweet potato chicken breast pizza is done.

For my breakfast, I made up my diet by adding nuts to a bite-sized sweet potato pizza and Greek yogurt (sugar-free, low-fat).
*Please prepare steamed sweet potatoes.
*Use chicken breast sausage after thoroughly defrosting.
*You can prepare paprika regardless of color.
*Baby cheese was used for low salt cheese.
*If you cut the ingredients too thick, it will fall off when you add the bite-sized pizza topping, so it's better to slice them thinly.
*Apply a thin layer of olive oil before placing it on the air fryer paper foil to make it easy to remove after it is fully cooked.
