STEP 1/13
Put water, milk, honey and yeast in a bowl and stir to mix all ingredients well.

Add coffee powder, sugar and salt and melt well.

Add cocoa powder, whole wheat flour, and gravitational powder and mix for 1 minute at low speed and 1 minute at medium speed.

Add the butter, please.

Mix it for 1 minute at low speed and 4 minutes at medium speed.

Put in a bowl and ferment at room temperature for about 40 minutes.

Divide the fermented dough 120g by 120g and circle.

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

Press the dough that is finished with the tissue to remove the gas and roll it into a sweet potato shape.

Spray the dough with a sprayer.

Dip corn grits into batter. (Alternate with whole wheat or may be omitted)

Ferment at room temperature for about 40 minutes.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 for about 15 minutes.
