Put olive oil and garlic in a frying pan and stir-fry over medium heat to make garlic oil.

Put the beef brisket, which is drained of blood with a kitchen towel, into garlic oil and stir-fry it with rice wine, pepper, and salt.

When the meat is cooked, add red pepper paste and stir-fry.

When the meat is soaked with red pepper paste, add oligosaccharide and boil it down.

Turn off the heat, stir gently with the remaining heat, and sprinkle sesame seeds to complete.

Cool the finished medicinal red pepper paste in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.

3. Sesame oil is savory and more delicious if you don't put it in when you stir-fry it and put it right before you eat it.
