Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
A measuring spoon is about 8cc of rice used at home.
Cut the cabbage into 3-4cm pieces
It doesn't matter if you use a sieve

STEP 2/10
Cut the small green onions (40-50g) into 1cm thick pieces

STEP 5/10
