STEP 1/10
Put shrimp, 1 pinch of salt, 2 pinch of pepper, and 1T of mirin in a bowl and mix lightly to season.

Prepare garlic by slicing it at intervals of 0.3cm.

Cut the onions into rough shapes and prepare the ones attached to each other by hand.

Prepare yellow paprika and red paprika by cutting them roughly like onions.

Prepare bacon by cutting it 3cm apart.

Put 3T of cooking oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry garlic and onions.

Add bacon, yellow paprika, and red paprika and stir-fry when the subtle scent of garlic and onions comes up.

When bacon, yellow paprika, and red paprika are cooked properly, add shrimp and stir-fry.

When the shrimp is more than 50% cooked, add 1T of oyster sauce and stir-fry.

When all the ingredients are cooked properly, sprinkle 1T of roasted sesame seeds to complete the stir-fried bacon and shrimp.
The bacon itself is salty, so you don't have to add oyster sauce, but I like oyster sauce more.
I added yellow paprika, red paprika to enhance the color, and you can use the leftover vegetables at home.
If you want it to be spicy, you can cut and add Cheongyang red pepper.
