Mix sesame oil, red pepper paste, soy sauce, and sugar in a pot.

STEP 7/12
It looks like the kimchi is all fried after losing moisture.
STEP 8/12
Add 800ml of broth or water to the fried kimchi and boil it over high heat.
STEP 9/12
Add minced garlic when it starts to boil. If the color is not red enough, add red pepper powder.
STEP 10/12
When the stew boils again, add the chopped tofu, green onion, and cheongyang pepper.
STEP 11/12
Stir well over medium heat and simmer until the tofu is seasoned.
STEP 12/12
Bring to a boil for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat. It's done!

It's really good with tuna in this. I added anchovy broth and boiled it. Up until then, I thought I failed because the taste was Andromeda, but the moment I put in a can of tuna, it became a rice thief! I really enjoyed the meal.

Thank you for the delicious and easy recipe. But there's something I want to ask the masters of 10,000 recipes. I hope there will be some consideration for people who can't cook as a whole. Those who don't know how to cook don't know what to use, such as soy sauce, soy sauce, thick soy sauce, flavor, soy sauce, braised soy sauce, etc. I don't know what to use, such as salt, thin sea salt, salt, flower salt, rice, etc. It's like students don't understand because overly educated professors teach according to their level of knowledge. Wouldn't there be a lot of people who have no knowledge of cooking watching 10,000 recipes? I hope you can explain the ingredients in a little more detail. Just the seasoning
