I'm going to make mayonnaise sauce first.
Add mayonnaise 3, sugar 2, minced garlic 1, parsley 1 spoon in sauce ratio 3:2:1:1. I used organic sugar, and sugar is available in both white and yellow, and you can add honey instead of sugar. It doesn't matter if you skip parsley.

Mix together the sauce ingredients.

Spread mayonnaise sauce on the baguette. You can cut the bread long and use it.

We're going to bake it in two versions, an oven and an air fryer. First, in the heated oven, put in 170 degrees for 8 minutes

The air fryer set 180 degrees for 10 minutes without preheating.

It's an oven-baked garlic bread.

It's garlic bread baked in an air fryer. Each house has different oven and air fryer strength, so please adjust the time by looking at the baking color.

Cool the roasted garlic bread on a rack. The top three are F garlic bread.
The bottom four are oven garlic bread.

I tried the garlic bread baked in the oven and F.
The oven-baked garlic bread was more moist, while the F-baked garlic bread was less moist and crispy. In conclusion, both are delicious.
