STEP 1/10
Chop the onions and make 3 cups. Chop the carrots and make a cup.

Stir-fry 1/2 cup cooking oil in a heated pan and 1 cup ground pork. When the color of the meat changes, add 3 cups of chopped onions and 1 cup of carrots and stir-fry them together.

Tilt the pan to check if the moisture is gone. Season with 1/3T of salt and a little pepper.

Push the ingredients aside, mix 2T of soy sauce, 1T of vinegar, 1/2C of ketchup, and 3T of butter in an empty space, and stir-fry all the ingredients.

Stir-fry the ingredients evenly, turn off the heat, and leave for a while.

In a bowl, combine 2 cups of rice and 1 cup of sauce in a 2:1 ratio.

In order to shape it, put it in a bowl

Beat in 3 eggs and spread over a heated pan.

When the egg is half cooked, add the rice, turn off the heat, and wrap the rice with the egg.

Turn the pan upside down and put it in a bowl and wrap it in a kitchen towel to make a rugby ball shape with your hands. Sprinkle ketchup and finish.
