Ingredients
  • Sand dab
    4ea
  • Salt
    1cup
  • Sunflower seed oil
    3~4TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
There are many kinds of halibut, but participating jimi is delicious to eat for grilling
Cut off the head, fins, and tail and remove the intestines
It's full of eggs, so you have to call it intestines
Use a knife to gently scale the fish back and forth
It looks like a flounder doesn't have scales, but there are very small ones, so be careful with them
After washing in cold water, place it on a cutting board and make 3-4 cuts in the front
*I couldn't take a picture of removing my hair and internal organs because I was grooming myself.
STEP 2/6
It's full to the point where the eggs come out
Don't take it off because it's not internal
STEP 3/6
Sprinkle the salt evenly on the front and back, then put it in a container and marinate for 1 day
STEP 4/6
After 1 day, wash it in cold water and wipe off the water with a kitchen towel
Put sunflower oil on a royal pan
Put up the flounder
STEP 5/6
Cook it on high heat until it's golden brown. Tilt the pan slightly and sprinkle hot oil on the side where the egg is. The egg is cooked well
STEP 6/6
Cook the fish fillet, which is rich in collagen and has less fishy smell, and eat it lightly
If you add lemon juice, it removes the fishy smell
