STEP 1/6
Soak the chicken in water for 30 minutes in milk and 30 minutes in rice (pass when using glutinous rice) Add a pack for chicken broth bought at the mart + green onion (one finger size) + garlic and boil it~ (I don't have green onion to use at home, so I pass.with minced garlic)

While the broth is boiling, chop up the carrots and green onions. (I don't have green onions, so pass)

In a pot, one at a time, while the broth is boiling
From the bottom, spread the scorched rice and put the marinated chicken for 30 minutes.

Pour the broth over it
The amount of water belongs to one's taste. Whether you want more or less soup~ I put 2/3 bags of ramen in the boiling pot. (Only add the broth and garlic.). Please take out the face mask and green onion

When it boils, stir with a spatula. (There is nurungji and rice) Salt.If you season it with pepper, it's done
If you want perilla seeds with perilla powder, sprinkle perilla seeds on the last step when it's almost boiling. (It's optional, but I added a little red ginseng extract for kids.)~When you pour the broth and boil it!)
If it's hard to control the amount of water, don't put all the broth at once and boil it little by little. When you put in carrots, you can replace the green onions It's good for kids' health~~
