Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Mix milk with melted butter in the microwave
STEP 2/6
Whip the eggs with a hand mixer
STEP 3/6
Add sugar and vanilla extract when foam is about to rise and mix with a spatula (the vanilla extract takes away the smell of eggs)
STEP 4/6
Sift the flour, mugwort powder, and baking powder and mix them
STEP 5/6
Place parchment paper on the muffin mold and add a moderate amount of dough
There are usually four, but I couldn't control the amount, so I got a total of three
STEP 6/6
Bake it for 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius
(Adjust the time according to the oven specification.)
Use the butter mixture in a non-hot state and put the eggs at room temperature before using. It's more moist if you eat it after a day Adjust the mugwort powder according to your preference

I grilled it once and it was so delicious that I grilled it again. It doesn't come up as bright as Jjun's mom, but I love the soft texture like Castella! Thank you ^^
