Mix milk with melted butter in the microwave

Whip the eggs with a hand mixer

Add sugar and vanilla extract when foam is about to rise and mix with a spatula (the vanilla extract takes away the smell of eggs)

Sift the flour, mugwort powder, and baking powder and mix them
STEP 5/6
Place parchment paper on the muffin mold and add a moderate amount of dough
There are usually four, but I couldn't control the amount, so I got a total of three
STEP 6/6
Bake it for 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius
(Adjust the time according to the oven specification.)
Use the butter mixture in a non-hot state and put the eggs at room temperature before using. It's more moist if you eat it after a day
Adjust the mugwort powder according to your preference
