[Stir-fried squid] It's spicy but soft like whipped cream
It's a recipe introduced by Lim Sung-geun at Altoran It tastes so soft with soft squid that I didn't know before.. To describe it, it's a taste that doesn't even blink^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut the squid ears and lay down the knife to make a diagonal cut on the body of the squid, and make a diagonal cut on the other side.
STEP 2/10
Cut the cut squid into bite-size pieces
STEP 3/10
Make the sauce.
(1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salted shrimp, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 4 tbsp thick soy sauce, 4 1/2 tbsp starch syrup, 4 tbsp medium red pepper powder)
STEP 4/10
Place 6 tablespoons of chili oil in a pan.
STEP 5/10
Stir-fry 1 shredded onion for 10 seconds.
Stir-fry 1 green onion in 5cm length for 10 seconds.
STEP 6/10
Add 3 slanted cheongyang peppers and 1/4 (50g) sliced carrots and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
STEP 7/10
Add seasoning to vegetables and stir-fry until the seasoning is somewhat dry.
STEP 8/10
Add the cut squid and stir-fry it quickly for 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
STEP 9/10
Remove from heat when squid is cooked and add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
STEP 10/10
Lastly, add 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds and enjoy it.^^
