It's good to prepare tofu that's soft for frying. The amount of top mushrooms is delicious even if you add them or use bean sprouts.

First, cut tofu in half and cut it into 1cm thick and season it with 2 to 3 pinch of salt.

Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom, rinse it lightly in water, and tear it roughly. Shred onion, chop green onion, chop Cheongyang red pepper.

Add enoki mushrooms little by little and add seasoning in between. Keep the lights on.

Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
