Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
It's good to prepare tofu that's soft for frying. The amount of top mushrooms is delicious even if you add them or use bean sprouts.
STEP 2/11
First, cut tofu in half and cut it into 1cm thick and season it with 2 to 3 pinch of salt.
STEP 3/11
Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom, rinse it lightly in water, and tear it roughly. Shred onion, chop green onion, chop Cheongyang red pepper.

With the prepared cheongyang pepper and green onion, use the seasoning ingredients
Make the sauce and prepare it.

Dry the seasoned tofu once with a kitchen towel before baking.

Mix half and half cooking oil and perilla oil in a pan and turn it on over medium-low.

Bake tofu until golden. Do not turn over several times and leave until the bottom is golden brown. That way, the tofu won't break.

Turn the tofu over and make an empty space, spread the onion and add a little bit of seasoning

Add enoki mushrooms little by little and add seasoning in between. Keep the lights on.

Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

You can adjust the amount of soup to your liking over high heat.
