STEP 1/5
Cut pickled radish into small pieces.
STEP 2/5
Slice the sausage and cut it into flower-shaped quarters. (If there's no quarter, cut the sausage in 1/3 and slice it after making a flower shape.)
STEP 3/5
Add a little more than one bowl of rice, chopped pickled radish, rice ball topping (rice friend), sesame oil, and a tablespoon of sesame seeds.
(If you don't have rice ball toppings, you can use soy sauce.)
STEP 4/5
The color is pretty when you put cooking oil on it and grill the sausage lightly so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 5/5
Decorate the rice with mustard and ketchup
It's easy to transfer mustard and ketchup into a sauce jar with a small opening
If there is no quota, it can be a little difficult, so you can use a bottle cap or a cup with a small opening. If you watch the video, you can roll the rice balls with seaweed and it has a different feeling.
