This is the second video following the first episode, Winter Vegetable.
Early winter is known as a food ingredient that boasts a long tradition in Korea to be included in Donguibogam.
Personally, I can't leave out geotjeori.
It is also a side dish loved by many as a delicacy of early spring with a sour and sweet taste.
Today's dish is made with strawberries added to the beginning of winter, making fresh kimchi as if it were fresh kimchi as if it was a more sour and sweet salad.
