STEP 2/4
Dice carrot (1/2), zucchini (1/2), onion (1/2) into a wok and stir-fry over high heat for 7 minutes.
Add olive oil little by little so as not to burn.
In the meantime, beat 2 eggs and prepare.
STEP 3/4
Add beaten eggs, oyster sauce (1/2T), soy sauce (1T), seasoned salt (1T), and oligosaccharide (1/2T)
Stir-fry eggs over medium heat for another 5 minutes until golden.
Add olive oil little by little so as not to burn.
