Cooking Steps
STEP 1/27
Place parchment paper in a 30x30 cm square frame
STEP 2/27
[Sheets]
Whip the yolk + sugar + starch syrup until it turns ivory
When it turns white, mix the water and vanilla oil
STEP 3/27
Place whites and sugar in another bowl
Whip at medium speed for 5 minutes
(Make 80% meringue with soft horns!)
STEP 4/27
Add 1/2 meringue to the yolk and mix
(You can mix it with a whisk!)
STEP 5/27
Sift the flour and baking powder and mix well with a spatula
(Like scooping from bottom to top)
STEP 6/27
Add cooking oil and mix quickly
(=Oil has the property of killing egg foam)
STEP 7/27
Add the remaining 1/2 meringue and mix well with a spatula
(If the meringue is lumped, mix it with a spatula.)
STEP 8/27
If you flow down the stairs, you're done
Pour it into the mold
STEP 9/27
(Refer to the video) Spread the dough with a scraper~
+Splash the floor to clean up the bubbles
STEP 10/27
Mix the cocoa powder in the batter you left earlier
(+Put it in a piping bag)
STEP 11/27
Squeeze the dough into a snail's nest
STEP 12/27
Use chopsticks to draw it inwards
A flower pattern comes out! >_
STEP 13/27
Bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes
Put it on a cooling net and cool it down
STEP 14/27
[Chocolate cream]
In a saucepan, melt chocolate, cream, and starch syrup over low heat
STEP 15/27
If you refrigerate it for a bit, the chewy chocolate cream is complete!!
STEP 16/27
Squeeze the wet cloth tightly and spread it out on the table
Place the sheet on top of it (with the pattern facing the floor)
STEP 17/27
Apply chocolate cream. (I used an L-shaped spatula.)
STEP 18/27
Please put a rolling pin under the cloth
STEP 19/27
(+Refer to the video) Lift the push stick, press it slightly, and then move forward by winding up the cloth
Wrap it with a cloth, fix it for 10 minutes, and loosen it
STEP 20/27
Make a hole on the top of the cake with a cookie cutter
STEP 21/27
Squeeze the remaining chocolate cream
STEP 22/27
Let's finish with apple mint
If you watch the video, you can see Totoro growing like a sprout
You can see it ^^*
STEP 23/27
(To celebrate Arbor Day) Sprout roll cake is done!
(The upload was delayed due to conjunctivitis)..(Crying)
STEP 24/27
I had Totoro props at home, so I decorated itHaha
((It looks good, right?)
STEP 25/27
The flower pattern makes the cake look more logy (!)
STEP 26/27
I cut it thickly
The sheet is soft and the cream is chewy, so it tastes so good.
STEP 27/27
It tastes better with coffee or milk >_<
