STEP 1/8
Dried pollack is prepared and sold like this, so it's easy to make
STEP 2/8
The way to grill dried pollack is
Air fryer, microwave oven, and frying pan are all possible, but I like dried pollack baked in air fryer because it is the most savory and crispy.
STEP 3/8
The head and skin didn't go into my air fryer, so I baked dried pollack first
STEP 4/8
First, cook it at 180 for 4 minutes
After mixing it in the middle
Second, cook it at 200C for 2 minutes
(It depends on the air fryer, so it's better to check in the middle.)
STEP 5/8
The crispy and savory taste is better when the dried pollack is completely moist.
When you take it out after you bake it for the second time, if the smoke comes up and it smells bad, it's well-done (laughs)
I don't mean to burn it, but it tastes good when it's grilled enough.
STEP 6/8
The head and skin of dried pollack
Bake at 180 for 4-5 minutes.
STEP 7/8
Place chopped Cheongyang red pepper on about 2T of mayonnaise and 1/2T of soy sauce to make mayo sauce.
STEP 8/8
If you dip crispy dried pollack in Cheongyang mayo sauce, it's the best side dish for beer.
This dried pollack is sold at a pub for more than 15,000 won, but you can buy it at home for about 4,000 won, so the cost-effectiveness is the best ^^
