Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
1. Soak 5 sheets of pan gelatin in lukewarm water for about 5 minutes.
STEP 2/7
2. Make maribrid pitch base (125ml water + 125ml pitch syrup) in a mixing glass.
STEP 3/7
3. Heat the pitch base in a pot, drain the soaked gelatin and melt it.
STEP 4/7
4. Pour the melted peach jelly base into a jelly mold and harden it in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
STEP 5/7
5. Add 40ml of maribrid pitch syrup and 2 spoons of fruit cocktail to the glass.
STEP 6/7
6. Add the jelly as much as you like.
STEP 7/7
7. Put ice in the glass and fill it with carbonated water.
You can taste the chewy jelly only when you harden it so that it doesn't break.
