Luxurious, mushroom salad and balsamic sauce
I hated mushrooms when I was young. I didn't like the texture of the eggplant because it was mushy, and I felt a rejection of the scent of the eggplant adaptation. Mushrooms are easy to make because of their shape. Potabella, a mushroom the size of my hand, becomes a decent dish just by roasting it. Today's mushroom salad is eaten with lightly roasted mushrooms sprinkled with balsamic dressing. You can enjoy it more deliciously with young leaf vegetables. Mangadak mushrooms are pretty just by lining them up one after another. The truth that good-looking food is good to eat does not always change.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop the onion, add some olive oil, and stir-fry for a few minutes
STEP 2/5
Add the mushrooms that cut off the bottom
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry it again for a few minutes.
STEP 4/5
Put baby salad vegetables and stir-fry them and put them on top of the cooled mushroom.
STEP 5/5
Prepare balsamic dressing with a small amount of ingredients and serve together.
It tastes better when you dip vegetables and mushrooms in dressing and dip them in sauce. I dip it in the sauce and eat it. It's addictive and delicious.

    It's my first time adding garlic to the combination of balsamic, olive oil, and oligosaccharide, and the dressing flavor changes completely with just one garlic. I replaced the mushrooms with the mushrooms at home, and I didn't want to use the fire, so I put them in the microwave for 2 minutes and they cooked well. The texture of the mushrooms is chewy, so it's so delicious.
