STEP 1/9
Chop the onions long. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and stir-fry it in a heated pan until your breath dies and becomes mushy. (Use medium-low heat without burning)
STEP 2/9
I just want the onion to be mushy (?) like the picture (I took about 10 minutes). While stir-frying, slice the remaining ingredients and toss throughout.)
STEP 3/9
Add sliced potatoes and carrots and stir-fry them while controlling the heat so that they don't burn. (I like small curry ingredients, so I cut them like that, but please cut them according to your preference.)
STEP 4/9
When the potatoes and carrots are cooked to a certain extent, put in the mushrooms!! You can put in other mushrooms except for enoki mushrooms, right?
STEP 5/9
When mushrooms are fried, stir-fry with defrosted shrimp.
STEP 6/9
By the time the shrimp turned red, I roughly chopped 3 peperocinos with my hands and put them in. (If you prefer something sharp, put it in or you can skip it!)
STEP 7/9
I used a solid curry to dissolve it in hot water. It said to add 660ml of water, so I added about 760ml of water and a solid chicken stock.
STEP 8/9
In a boiling pot, put all the ingredients that were fried in the frying pan, and then put in a tablespoon of ketchup. It'd be better if we put in commercial tomato sauce... Since I don't have it, I'll replace it with ketchup. Please add milk, too If you think it's too salty, you can add a lot. If I add milk, it gets soft^^
STEP 9/9
When it's done, I'll have to scoop it on top of the rice, right
Curry tastes like spices, so you don't have to add shrimp. At least one and a half onions must be used, and the rest of the vegetables and mushrooms can be added or omitted as desired. I don't care what kind of product you use for curry, but please keep the quantity of the instructions.
