Cooking Steps

Slice the onion thinly.

Slice the cheongyang peppers diagonally.

Slice garlic.

Chop the green onions into small pieces.

Stir-fry chili oil, garlic, and green onion on high heat in a pan.

When the garlic smells, add onions and oyster sauce and stir-fry slightly over high heat.
STEP 8/7
Add chives and stir-fry on high heat for about 10 seconds.
* You can burn it if you add oyster sauce and stir-fry it over high heat for a long time.
