Cooking Steps

Remove the seeds from the paprika and shred them thinly.

Cut the chives into 5cm pieces.

Chop the radish into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Blanch bean sprouts: Parboil bean sprouts in boiling water for about 30 seconds and rinse them in cold water once. Then, put it on a sieve to remove the water.
