Remove the seeds from the paprika and shred them thinly.

Cut the chives into 5cm pieces.

Chop the radish into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Blanch bean sprouts: Parboil bean sprouts in boiling water for about 30 seconds and rinse them in cold water once. Then, put it on a sieve to remove the water.

Make mustard sauce: Mix 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 2/3 cups of sugar (based on paper cups), 2/3 cups of vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of mustard and grind for 3 minutes to make sauce.

Now, put all the prepared ingredients (bean sprouts, paprika, chives, radish) in a bowl, add the sauce, and mix it well.
