Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare oyster mushrooms by tearing them apart and cutting vegetables.
STEP 2/4
Drain 1t of salt in boiling water, wash mushrooms in cold water, and dry thoroughly.
STEP 3/4
Put perilla oil, chopped vegetables, and garlic in a frying pan
STEP 4/4
Add mushrooms, season with soy sauce salt, and stir-fry a little bit of pepper to finish.
