Making sweet potato jam, cooking sweet potato
I make plain yogurt at home and eat it. I like Greek yogurt without moisture and lactose, but my daughter doesn't like the texture of Greek yogurt, so she wants plain yogurt. They want us to make chestnut jam to mix with plain yogurt. I made chestnut jam with raw chestnuts that my mother peeled and frozen one by one and mixed it with yogurt, and she said she would eat it. So I made sweet potato jam with sweet potatoes instead of chestnuts. The way to make it is the same as chestnut jam. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them thinly, boil them with water, crush them roughly with the butt of the ladle, add sugar, and boil them down to make sweet potato jam that tastes and smells like sweet potatoes.
