This is a sweet potato harvested in the garden last year. I washed the gomuma and prepared it for you. Don't peel all the sweet potatoes at once. If you peel the sweet potatoes, they turn black quickly. So, pour 5 cups of water into the pot to make the sweet potato jam.

Peel off one sweet potato and cut it not too thick.

Five peeled sweet potatoes...Put 850g in a pot with 5 cups of water and bring to a boil over a gas stove.
When it boils over high heat, lower it to medium to low heat.

Then, mash the sweet potatoes with the ladle's butt while boiling them. I crushed the sweet potato grains with a ladle to keep them alive. If you want sweet potato jam with fine particles, you can grind it in a mixer.

Boil it while stirring with a wooden spatula, and the hot jam will start splashing out of the pot. Then please turn off the gas. The jam is done. You'll think the jam is still watery. When the jam cools completely, it becomes the concentration of the jam we know.
