Tteokbokki, soondae tteokbokki
My daughter ordered that she wants to eat sundae tteokbokki with a lot of perilla leaves. It would be nice if perilla leaves and sundae are added to the tteokbokki sauce. So I bought a pack of soondae sold at the mart. It is soondae tteokbokki made by boiling it so that the seasoning of tteokbokki is absorbed by mixing little by little so that the sundae, tteokbokki tteok, and perilla leaves do not clump together. The peeled soondae skin looks like gopchang.
