You can stir-fry pork right after seasoning it, but it's more delicious if you leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and let it ripen.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and green onions in a pan and stir-fry over high heat for about 3 minutes to make green onion oil.

Add seasoned pork when green onion flavor comes up.

Stir-fry over medium heat and cook the meat thoroughly.

When the meat is cooked, add onions and cheongyang peppers.

Stir-fry on high heat for another 2 minutes and turn off the stove.
