I bought 2kg of red meat for beef jerky at 0.6cm

Soak in water (about an hour) in the refrigerator while removing the blood

Roll it up and drain it. (This way, the water comes out really well.)

Place it on a kitchen towel and drain it a lot. (The best way to cut the meat is to remove the water well.)

Press it down to remove the water
STEP 6/9
Make the sauce, put it in the meat, knead it, and let it ripen in the refrigerator for half a day

Put it in the dryer and dry for 6 or 8 hours (turn it over once in the middle)
