STEP 1/4
Cut cockles, boil them, and cut them into pieces of flesh.
(Please refer to my previous post for cockle grooming.)
STEP 3/4
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of perilla oil, and 1 tablespoon of ground sesame, add chives, garlic, cheongyang red pepper, and cockles and mix well.
