STEP 1/7
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of flour in cold water, add 500g of boiled chwinamul, rub it, and rinse it 1-2 times in cold water to remove moisture.

Cut 500g of dried chwinamul into bite-size pieces.

Put the chopped chwinamul in the pan with the heat off, add the seasoning, and mix with your hands. (1 tbsp perilla oil, 2 tbsp chopped green onions, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp soy sauce)

Turn on the heat and fry the seasoned chwinamul for 3 minutes with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil around the edge of the pan.

If stir-fried for 3 minutes, stir-fry 1/2 cup of dried kelp and dried mushrooms together around the edge of the pan.

Reduce heat to low when moist and add 6 tablespoons of perilla powder. Mix it well with chopsticks so that perilla powder does not clump together when it is moist.
STEP 7/7
Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of perilla oil^^
The kelp, shiitake, mushroom, and water
Put 1 piece of kelp (5cm in all directions) and 1 dried shiitake mushroom in 2 cups of water for 1 hour
