STEP 1/16
It's a homemade plain yogurt. The plain yogurt I made this time seems to have a lot of moisture. Home-made plain yogurt with regular milk... Pour the basic milk, not the low-fat milk or calcium milk, into the yogurt container with the remaining plain yogurt, close the lid, and shake to mix evenly. It is a plain yogurt made by pouring boiling water into a yogurt machine, adding a container mixed with milk and plain yogurt, and fermenting it in a medium bath for more than 8 hours
STEP 2/16
Place a sieve on a deep bowl and spread a kitchen towel. And then pour in the plain yogurt.
STEP 3/16
Then cover with an extra kitchen towel next to it and leave it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.
STEP 4/16
Moisture in plain yogurt... A lot of lactose has come out.
STEP 5/16
Plain yogurt without lactose became Greek yogurt
STEP 6/16
Place the Greek yogurt in an airtight container and remove the kitchen towel. The thick Greek yogurt is like light cream cheese.
STEP 7/16
Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the Greek yogurt 360g. The Greek yogurt added so much honey that it wouldn't spill.
STEP 8/16
When Greek yogurt and honey are mixed evenly, it is the concentration that does not spill and hard horns are formed.
STEP 9/16
Wash the strawberries and place them on a kitchen towel to remove moisture. And then cut off the top.
STEP 10/16
Spread the prepared Greek yogurt on a slice of bread
STEP 11/16
And put the strawberry in the middle
STEP 12/16
Then, put the strawberries cut in half on each side of the strawberries cut in half. It depends on the size of a strawberry, but a strawberry sandwich contains 2 slices of bread and 6 pieces of strawberries.
STEP 13/16
Then, apply the Greek yogurt on the top and sides of the strawberries.
STEP 14/16
And cover it with another bread to make a strawberry sandwich. I made two strawberry sandwiches like this. It has 4 slices of bread, 12 strawberries, 360 grams of Greek yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of honey.
STEP 15/16
And wrap it tightly so that the Greek yogurt doesn't leak to the side and roll the strawberry sandwich in all directions Roll it. And when you cut the strawberry sandwich in half, cut it in half so that it looks like a strawberry.
STEP 16/16
It's a strawberry sandwich made of solid Greek yogurt and strawberries.
