STEP 1/4
Put a bit of oil on the rice cake and heat it in the air fryer
At 180 degrees, do it for 4 minutes, back and forth, for a total of 8 minutes
(The rice cake I bought was thicker than the existing rice cake skewer, so I gave it another 2 minutes Please check and turn it around.)
STEP 2/4
3 tablespoons of ketchup
1/2 tablespoon thick soy sauce
1 tablespoon of red pepper paste
2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide
2/3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic
to one's taste
Mix the sauce and prepare it
STEP 3/4
If you boil down the sauce on a frying pan, you can eat it more warmly
(I just ate it)
STEP 4/4
If you dip rice cake in the sauce, it's easy to make rice cake skewers
(It's really simple, so if you make the sauce, you'll be able to follow it easily.)
I bought a pack of rice cakes that cost 2,000 won from E-Mart and didn't put them in the freezer and ate them right afterwards
Soak it in water, remove the water with a kitchen towel, and put oil on it and return it to the air fryer
