Making crispy handmade pork cutlet with an air fryer

  • Frying flour

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please prepare sirloin pork for pork cutlet first.
Season evenly with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/7
Coat the seasoned meat with frying powder evenly.
STEP 3/7
If the frying powder is somewhat soaked, coat it in the order of egg-bread crumbs.

Wrap the finished pork cutlet in a plastic wrap, store it in the freezer, and grill it whenever you want to eat it.

I'll turn the pork cutlet that I kept in the freezer for a day in the air fryer.
Place pork cutlet on paper foil and grease both sides thoroughly.
