Prepare chives by cutting them at 3cm intervals.

Prepare cherry tomatoes by cutting them in half.

Prepare black olives by cutting them in half.

Put 4 eggs, 2 pinch of salt, and 1 pinch of pepper in a bowl and mix them finely using the desired cooking utensils.

Grease a preheated pan with 2T of cooking oil, add the beaten eggs and stir to cook as if making scrambled eggs.

Then, put it in the bowl you want and store it separately.

Put 2T of cooking oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry cherry tomatoes and black olives.

When cherry tomatoes peel off, add pre-cooked eggs and chives and stir-fry.

When all the ingredients are cooked properly, sprinkle 1T of sesame seeds as a finishing touch to complete the tomato egg stir-fry.
I have black olives at home, and I like black olives, so I put them in, but you don't have to.
If you don't have chives, you don't have to add them.
Tomatoes and eggs are good enough and nutritious.
I seasoned it with salt and pepper, and you can add oyster sauce.
