The Joraengi rice cake in the shape of a snowman is soaked in water to make it soft.

Put the anchovies, dried shrimp, green onions, onions, and 1L of water in a pot and boil the stock well.

Cut the dried pollack into small pieces with scissors, soak it in water, and drain it right away.

When the broth is boiling, add kelp for 1 to 2 minutes
Bring to a boil, remove and strain the broth.

*The broth is thick, so it's easy to add salt.

Dried pollack dumpling soup with green onions is done.
Boil the various vegetables in the refrigerator to make vegetable broth.
It tastes much better and tastes better than beef bone broth. The soup is light and cool with dried pollack.
