Wipe the blood with a kitchen towel.

Sprinkle salt and pepper back and forth.
CAUTION (If the meat is thin, it can be salty, so sprinkle a little bit of salt.)

You can mix the eggs, season them with salt, and mince parsley powder, chives, and red pepper.

Spread flour on the beef.

Grease the pan, coat it with egg wash, and fry it.
The meat cooks quickly because it's thin.
I used the meat for shabu-shabu without any oil, and it's delicious like meat for meat pancakes.
But it's much thinner, so just a little bit of salt. If it's salty, it's good as a side dish for rice and ssam, it's also good for drinking with soy sauce.
When I put peppers and green onions in the pickled soy sauce, it became a delicious soy sauce without being salty.
