Wipe the blood with a kitchen towel.

The meat cooks quickly because it's thin.
I used the meat for shabu-shabu without any oil, and it's delicious like meat for meat pancakes. But it's much thinner, so just a little bit of salt. If it's salty, it's good as a side dish for rice and ssam, it's also good for drinking with soy sauce. When I put peppers and green onions in the pickled soy sauce, it became a delicious soy sauce without being salty.
