Before preparing vegetables, soak 3 pieces of kelp washed once in 400ml of water and boil it for about 30 minutes.

Cut cabbage and onions into squares.

Cut the green onions into 5cm apart, then cut them in half, and cut the fish cake into triangular shapes.

And blanch it slightly in boiling water to remove the additives from the fish cake.

After 30 minutes, boil the kelp water for about 10 minutes and remove the kelp.

Next, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 3 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoon of red pepper paste, and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.

Add onion, cabbage, fish cake, green onion and quail egg and boil for 5 minutes.

Lastly, add the washed tofu noodles and mix them gently to complete the process.
