STEP 1/7
Chop onions, cheongyang peppers, carrots, and paprika into small pieces.
STEP 2/7
Add frying powder, water, and chopped vegetables and mix them as usual. Knead the cheese slightly thick so that the dough water sticks well. Knead while pouring water. Add the parsley powder. You can add only the vegetables you have
STEP 3/7
1 tablespoon of cooking oil per half cup of bread crumbs
In other words, I put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a cup and a half of bread crumbs.
STEP 4/7
I used string cheese like the picture.. This cheese is ripped, but if you fry it, it's salty and delicious even though it doesn't have no salt in it.
STEP 5/7
Apply frying powder carefully to the surface of the cheese so that it does not flow out as it is cooked.
STEP 6/7
Spread cheese with a lot of dough and spread bread crumbs. If it's too thin, the cheese will cook and count, so spread it all.
STEP 7/7
Fry it in clean cooking oil once, and then fry it again after a while, making it crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.. Now enjoy the delicious fried cheese.
It goes well with ketchup, and if you look at the finished picture, it goes well with ketchup and mustard.
