STEP 1/8
Please prepare the ingredients first.
Wash the rice cake in water and drain it.
You can grab a cup of tteokbokki with a paper cup for one person, and if it's for three to four people, you can just use one whole bag.
Calculate 1/2 tablespoon of butter for 1 serving and 2 tablespoon of butter to use up 1 bag of rice cake.
We added 2 tablespoons of honey, but you can add or subtract according to your taste. (If you don't have honey, you can replace it with 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide and 1 tablespoon of sugar.)
STEP 2/8
If you have nuts, don't powder them and crush them into small pieces so that the grains are alive. I happen to have almonds at home.
STEP 3/8
First, put a little oil on a heated pan and bake the rice cake over medium-low heat.
If baked for too long, the rice cake will become hard, so bake until the surface is golden brown.
STEP 4/8
If the rice cake is well-done, add butter and melt, toss the rice cake until it smells like butter.
STEP 5/8
Next, you can add honey. Add or subtract the amount of honey to your taste and mix it with tteokbokki.
If the gas stove is too strong, tteokbokki may burn, so please cook it on medium-low heat.
STEP 6/8
Add mashed nuts and coat the rice cake.
STEP 7/8
It's not spicy, but sweet honey butter honey tteokbokki.
