* Tips for rolling Vietnamese rolls well! Clean up!!! *
1. You don't have to use rice paper in lukewarm water, you can use regular water.
2. I recommend a plastic cutting board rather than a wooden cutting board, so you can use a large plate.
3. It's easy to roll rice paper when you don't want to wet it, put it on the edge of the cutting board, or put it on the edge of the plate~
4. Add the filling ingredients and roll them tightly, put the ingredients in a wide vegetable such as lettuce, roll them tightly, and roll them with rice paper to make the inside look pretty.
5. It doesn't matter if you eat it right after it's done, but if you cut it, keep it in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes before cutting it.
6. Last time you cut it with a knife. You have to put the knife in water and cut it to get a clean cross-section
