How to make spicy chili oil dumpling salad
I didn't know where to use it, so I made spicy chili oil dumplings using frozen dumplings sleeping in the freezer. Try a new dumpling dish instead of the usual fried dumplings, steamed dumplings, or dumpling soup! Let's Go!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
STEP 2/8
In a pan, stir-fry 6 tablespoons of cooking oil, 2 tablespoons of red pepper oil, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion, and 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic over low heat for about 2 minutes.
STEP 3/8
Turn off the stove and cool it down a little and mix with 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide.

Boil the dumplings in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
STEP 5/8
Shower the boiled dumplings in cold water and drain them.
STEP 6/8
Put dumplings in a bowl and mix with the sauce.
Don't put all the sauce in at once, adjust it, and if you mix it too hard, the dumpling will burst, so gently like a baby..
STEP 7/8
Put it on a plate and if you have chives, cut them up and sprinkle them, and you're done with spicy red pepper oil dumplings.
