Prepare garlic by slicing it at intervals of 0.3cm.

Chop the onions at 0.3cm intervals.

Cut the mushroom into four pieces in the + shape.

Prepare bacon by cutting it at 2cm intervals.

Boil the ramen in boiling water for 2 minutes

Cool it down in cold water, rinse it under running water, and strain it through a sieve to remove moisture.

Melt 1T of butter in a preheated pan

Stir-fry garlic and onions.

Stir-fry mushrooms, bacon, and shrimp when the subtle scent of garlic and onions comes up.

When mushrooms, bacon, and shrimp are cooked properly, add 200ml of milk, 100ml of whipped cream, and 1/2 of ramen soup and boil while mixing. When all ingredients are well mixed, add 2 slices of cheddar cheese and mix.

When the cheddar slice cheese melts and boils, stir-fry the pre-boiled ramen.

When it's thick, sprinkle 1 pinch of parsley powder as a finish, and Shin Ramyun Toowoomba Pasta is complete.
I only used 1/2 of the ramen soup, but you can adjust the ramen soup according to your taste.
