For seaweed fulvescens, remove foreign substances from the water with 1T of salt and wash thoroughly about 3 times.

Wash oysters with salt and rinse them about three times.
*If you wash it with salt water, the foreign substances on the oyster will be washed away while keeping the taste alive.

Chop the red pepper, please.

Slice the green onions sideways.

After cutting the washed seaweed several times with scissors
Add pancake mix and a little water to make it thick.
*Maesaeng is holding water
I added 1/3C and 1C and a half of the pancake mix. There were more seaweed than I thought.

Mix green onions, red peppers, and oysters in a kneaded seaweed bowl.
STEP 7/8
Pour oil into the pan and scoop up ladle one at a time to make it crispy.
*The dough is thick, so spread it out with 2 spoons and fry it.
*Even if you don't put starch or flour on the oyster, it doesn't splatter because you put less oil in the pan.
STEP 8/8
Soy sauce is made with soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, and wasabi.
*How to wash seaweed: When it is dissolved in plenty of water, pick it up little by little, shake it, and wash it out.
*Make sure to make the dough thick because it's hard to fry if it's tough.
